Prepare the Package
Carefully place the items in their original dust bags and shipping box, ensuring all protective padding is included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
